Just around 700 metres from the centre of Cala Egos, the western district of Cala d’Or,
as well as numerous restaurants and bars. The stop for the little train, which provides
convenient service to the centre and the bathing bays, is just 200 metres from the house.

Just a few minutes’ walk from Casa Aura are two beautiful, very different bays:
Cala Egos (approx. 9 mins’ walk) delights with its fine sand and calm, gentle waters, which are
also suitable for children. Right on the beach is the Egos Beach Club & Restaurant, featuring an 
infinity pool, sunbeds and Balinese beds on a leafy terrace with sea views, plus an international 
fusion menu with Mediterranean, Asian and Peruvian influences – ideal for a relaxed lunch or a
sundowner. Tucked away amongst the rocks is also a natural seawater pool
If you prefer something more unspoilt, take a stroll instead to Caló des Llamp (about a 4-minute
walk, practically on our street): a small rocky cove with no sand, but crystal-clear water, perfect
for snorkelling and diving – a real hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle.
Tip: Bring water shoes and your own sun loungers/towels to both coves, as there’s hardly any facilities (apart from at the Beach Club).

Just an 11-minute walk away is the Egos Beach Club & Restaurant, featuring an infinity pool,
sunbeds and Balinese beds on a leafy terrace with sea views, plus an international fusion
menu with Mediterranean, Asian and Peruvian influences – ideal for a relaxed lunch or a
sundowner.

The villa offers the highest standard of comfort and high-quality amenities for a relaxing holiday.
The private pool is atmospherically lit at night and up to 1.90 m deep; there is also an
outdoor shower with a rain shower head. On the spacious sun terrace and roof terrace,
you’ll find high-quality dining areas and sun loungers for up to 8 people.
Large parasols provide pleasant shade on both the sun terrace and the roof terrace.

A large gas barbecue is perfect for enjoying evenings of barbecuing together.

All rooms are fitted with modern, eco-friendly air-conditioning units with both cooling and
heating functions.

The villa features four spacious bedrooms and four modern en-suite bathrooms
.All bathrooms are fitted with showers. A hairdryer is provided in every bathroom.
Three bedrooms are each fitted with comfortable king-size beds (180 x 200 cm) and high-quality
medical-grade cold-foam mattresses.
One bedroom is fitted with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be pushed together if required.
The modern kitchen features an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing
 machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more.
A high-quality SONOS music system provides entertainment.
In addition, flat-screen TVs with German and English satellite channels, as well as Smart TV, are available
in the living room and in two bedrooms.
